An essential to slip into your maternity suitcase. Inspired by the method of derivative baths, these cold pockets are used without a freezer, they crack to be placed in the panties after childbirth.
The peak of pain reaches its peak within 72 hours after childbirth. The cold acts as an analgesic and will relieve the area and reduce the swelling. Not all maternities always offer this cold relief solution.

These pockets are covered with a cotton veil which allows blood to be absorbed well. They are long and encompass vulva and anus.

Use for 20 minutes.

Fold the gel pack in half inside its protective sleeve to release the cold. Shake, then remove the protective sleeve and place the cold pack inside your underwear against your perineum. The pack will release cold for 20 minutes, relieving pain and helping reduce swelling.
