Delivery delay

• In mainland France, Colissimo orders are delivered in 4 to 5 working days . It may take a little longer during strikes or holiday periods (like Christmas) 🎄

• In Europe and abroad, it will depend on the country of destination. We send the parcels in 2 working days but the routing can be between 7 and 10 working days (or even more) .

In any case, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and a link that will allow you to see the progress of the delivery live.

Delivery costs are free for orders of 80€ and more.

  Shipping rates are between €4.95 and €9.55 depending on the weight of your package.

• International Standard
  Shipping rates are between €20 and €33 depending on the weight of your package.
  
  

Track your order

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. Simply click on the link given to follow the progress of your package.

Returns

Have you changed your mind and want to make a return? No problem !

In accordance with article L. 121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the day of delivery of the order to exercise your legal right of withdrawal.

Send us an email at hello@gapianne.com to send us:

• your order number (you will find it in the order and shipping confirmation emails)
• the products of the order to be returned
• the reason for the return (optional)

As required by law, the return must be made at your expense, in the original box. The box packaging should not be opened. The Products and Boxes must imperatively be returned in good condition.

We advise you to choose a mode of transport with tracking number . Without a tracking number, we will not be able to accept your claim because the package may get lost.
