Delivery times

• In mainland France, Colissimo orders are delivered between 2 and 5 working days . This may take a little longer during strikes or holiday periods (such as Christmas) 🎄

• In Europe and internationally, it will depend on the destination country. We send packages within 2 working days (maximum), but delivery may take between 7 and 10 working days (or more) .

In any case, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and a link that will allow you to see the delivery progress live.

Delivery is free for orders of €80 or more.

  Shipping rates are between €2.80 and €4.70 depending on the weight of your package.
  

• Colissimo at home (without signature)
  Shipping rates are between €6.60 and €12.00 depending on the weight of your package.
  
  
• Colissimo delivery to the post office, Pickup relay & Pickup Station lockers
  Shipping rates are between €5.00 and €10.20 depending on the weight of your package.
  
  
• Chronopost
  Shipping rates are between €11.50 and €13.20 depending on the weight of your package.

Track your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. Simply click on the link provided to track the progress of your package.

Returns

Changed your mind and want to return it? No problem!

In accordance with Article L. 121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date of delivery of the order to exercise your legal right of withdrawal.

Send us an email at hello@gapianne.com to send us:

• your order number (you will find it in the order and shipping confirmation emails)
• the products of the order to be returned
• the reason for return (optional)

As required by law, returns must be made at your expense, in the original box. The box packaging must not be opened. Products and Boxes must be returned in good condition.

We recommend choosing a shipping method with a tracking number . Without a tracking number, we will not be able to accept your claim, as the package may be lost.
