Refund Policy

If products have been damaged during delivery:

  1. If you notice any damage when you open your package, make an inventory of the damaged products and take pictures of them.

  3. Please specify the order number and write "Refund" in the subject of the email and we will process your request as soon as possible.

Are there products missing or have a defect?

  1. If one or more products are missing or turn out to be defective, take inventory and take pictures of them.
  2. Send us an email to and stating the following subject: "Forgotten, damaged, missing, defective products" .
  3. Specify in the message the list of products concerned and we will take care of your case as soon as possible.
