Perifit is intended for all adult women, but should not be used during pregnancy or before 6 weeks postpartum. It complements the rehabilitation you may be undertaking with your doctor.

This connected probe works with the Perifit app, which you can download for free.
Perifit is easy to use: the probe adapts to all anatomies and requires very little maintenance.
1. Activate Bluetooth on your smartphone
2. Turn on and insert the probe.
3. Open the Perifit app and follow the tips and exercises on your phone. You will be able to track your progress in real time.

Although you will see the first results after 2 weeks, it is recommended to follow a program of around 4 months for optimal results.

Care instructions: Clean the probe after each use using a pH-neutral intimate soap, for example, rinse and dry before storing your probe. The battery provides more than 5 years of training!

The Périfit catheter is suitable for all adult women but is not recommended during pregnancy and can only be used from 6 weeks after delivery. Ask your midwife for advice if you have any doubts.
