Your postpartum routine:
1- Soothe your perineum with the cold pack. Place the gel pack in its protective sleeve to allow the cold to spread. Place the cold pack inside your underwear against your perineum. The pack will release cold for 20 minutes, relieving pain and helping reduce swelling.

2-Clean your vulva: with clean water after each visit to the toilet.
Simply unscrew the bidet head, fill with fresh water, and close the bottle. Then turn it upside down and gently squeeze the bottle toward your vulva to rinse.

3-Protect and absorb postpartum blood loss with Jho's ultra-absorbent postpartum panties. The panties slip on and the side seams tear open to remove them.
