The use of the vaginal dilator is done daily while lying on your back, legs apart, or standing, one foot on a chair, legs apart or on a bed in a quiet place. It is advisable to moisten the entrance to the vagina and the dilator with a natural water-based lubricant to facilitate penetration. To introduce the dilator into the vagina, breathe slowly, insert it with light pressure to a certain depth. Thanks to its external notch, it allows easy handling. Leave the vaginal dilator motionless in your vagina for a few moments, while you get used to it. Then, move back and forth (about 5 times) in your vagina, without removing the dilator. Then perform rotational movements to the right and to the left to dilate the tissues of the vagina slowly.
Throughout your exercises, when the movements are carried out without pain and without discomfort, it is possible to go to the next size and so on until the last size of vaginal dilator.
