Raspberry leaf tea helps prepare the body for childbirth and shorten labor. It also helps the uterus recover from postpartum labor.
Compatible with postpartum and breastfeeding.

Place 1 to 2 teaspoons of dried raspberry leaves in a tea ball or at the bottom of a teapot. Pour boiling water over the leaves and let them steep for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove the tea ball and/or strain the leaves. Consume 1 to 3 cups daily.
It is possible to sweeten with a little honey.
To be consumed hot or cold.
