Before first use, sterilize the 5 washable parts by boiling them in water for 5 minutes.
Insert the breast pump into your bra, align your nipple with the breast shield, and turn it on. Adjust the intensity level to suit your needs.
When you are finished pumping, wash the detachable parts by hand or in the dishwasher.
The battery lasts for about 6 sessions. It then takes about two hours to fully recharge, but a quick charge is enough for one session.
