It is a CE approved and certified medical device which helps to strengthen the perineum and regain strength in the bladder; particularly after childbirth or an operation and throughout life. It helps prevent incontinence, urinary leakage, but also prolapse (when the pelvic floor is no longer strong enough to retain the organs).

Perifit + is easy to use: the probe adapts to all anatomy thanks to its flexibility and requires very little maintenance.
1. Activate Bluetooth on your smartphone
2. Turn on and insert the probe. You can help yourself with a lubricant.
3. Open the Perifit app and follow the tips and exercises on your phone. You will be able to monitor your progress in real time and follow 7 different workouts.

Even if you will see the first results after 2 weeks, it is advisable to follow a program of around 4 months for optimal results.

Maintenance advice: clean the probe after each use using a neutral pH intimate soap for example, rinse and dry before storing your probe. The battery provides more than 5 years of training!

The Périfit + probe is intended for all adult women, but can only be used from 6 weeks after delivery. Ask your midwife for advice if in doubt.
