Cold: Place the strip in the freezer for at least 2 hours (ideal for deflating and soothing).

Hot: heat it either in the microwave (25 s at 700 W, adjust if necessary), or 30 min in a bain-marie at 80°C.

Place it in the cover, then apply to the desired area (perineum, stomach, chest, etc.). Clean the strip with a damp cloth: the disposable covers maintain hygiene.
