Data transfer is automatic to your app. With the mySense app and thermometer, you can choose between two methods to easily and safely track your fertile days and ovulation: - symptothermal method (analysis of basal temperature + cervical mucus or LH test) - the temperature method (basal temperature analysis only) However, we recommend that you include your other observation symptoms (cervical mucus, bleeding, pain, premenstrual symptoms, etc.) and enter them into the application to refine cycle monitoring. 3-year warranty Available only in Europe.
Directions for use: Enter the date of your last period in the app. Take your temperature directly after waking up in the morning and before getting up daily.
