Hot and cold pack for perineal and postpartum pain - Jolly Mama

After giving birth, applying the cold pack to the perineal area will help relieve pain and inflammation, promote healing and soothe hemorrhoids.

In everyday life, perineal cryotherapy, also called a derivative bath, can relieve many everyday ailments: better quality of sleep, activates the feeling of well-being, promotes transit, detoxifies, promotes blood circulation, burns fat, relieves perineal pain during menstruation, varicose veins / hemorrhoids, etc.

In hot mode, the pocket will relieve your abdominal pain and cramps.

Cold mode (perineal area):

Place the towel in the refrigerator or freezer (without its case) for at least 4 hours.
Apply it to the perineal area with its soft case.

Hot mode (abdomen):

Microwave: Heat the towel according to the instructions below:
25 seconds at 700W, 19 seconds at 1000W, or 16 seconds at 1250W.
Check the temperature and add in 5 second intervals if necessary.
Double boiler: Submerge the towel in boiling water off the heat for 1 to 2 minutes.

Do not use the towel for more than 20 minutes.
Do not use on stitches or an open wound.
Not recommended for babies and in hot mode for cases of poor blood circulation.
Consult a healthcare professional if you have prolonged pain.
Cleaning: Mild soap and water, air dry.
