Organic painful period infusion - Sister Feel

Sister Feel has selected plants renowned for their antispasmodic, remineralizing, and balancing effects on the female hormonal system. These plants also have an effect on tissue tone in the pelvic area.
This infusion was formulated with Nathalie Faggianelli, doctor of biology, phyto-aromatologist & naturopath.

This herbal tea will bring you more feminine comfort on a daily basis:

Dosage:
To feel the benefits, we recommend 2 to 4 cups per day.

Preparation tips:
1. Pour 2 teaspoons of the plant into a cup
2. Heat the water to 90°C maximum
3. Pour in the hot water and wait 5 minutes
4. Enjoy! As a hot or cold infusion
