Dosage: Use morning and evening, from the beginning of pregnancy and up to 4 months after delivery.

Directions for use:
Shake the bottle well before each use.
Apply a small amount of oil to the stomach, breasts and thighs, ideally on still damp skin, just after showering.
Massage gently in circular motions until completely absorbed to promote penetration of the active ingredients.
