These vaginal dilators are an ergonomic medical device intended to be used in an approach of:

This kit of 3 dilators is particularly suitable for women who experience very severe pain during penetration and who wish to begin labor to combat this, as it contains 3 small dilators.

Their size varies from 12mm in width to 20mm.

The vaginal dilator is used daily in a lying position on your back with your legs apart, or standing with one foot on a chair with your legs apart, or on a bed in a quiet place. It is recommended to moisten the vaginal entrance and the dilator with a natural water-based lubricant to facilitate penetration.
To insert the dilator into the vagina, breathe slowly, insert it with light pressure to a certain depth. Thanks to its external notch, it allows for an easy grip. Leave the vaginal dilator still in your vagina for a few moments, giving you time to get used to it. Then, make back and forth movements (about 5 times) in your vagina, without removing the dilator. Then make rotating movements to the right and to the left to slowly dilate the vaginal tissues.
Throughout your exercises, when the movements are performed without pain or discomfort, it is possible to move up to the next size and so on until you reach the last size of vaginal dilator.

Care instructions: We recommend cleaning your dilators with water and a suitable cleanser before drying and storing them. You can use a pH-neutral intimate cleanser to clean them.
