Before and during intercourse: Apply lubricant to your intimate areas. This lubricant will provide greater comfort during intercourse, prevent discomfort caused by excessive friction, and promote sperm survival and mobility, unlike conventional lubricants, which tend to slow them down.

After intercourse, once your partner has ejaculated inside you, hold the cup while lying down to prevent sperm loss. Turn it upside down so it resembles an umbrella. While lying down, place a finger inside the upside-down cup and insert it deep into your vagina. This helps bring the sperm back to your cervix and helps 3 times more sperm pass this first stage of the cervix.
Once you've reached the bottom of your vagina, gently pull the stem back to return the cup to its original position. Once it's in place, you can get up and leave it in for 20 minutes to an hour before removing it.

Rinse your cup with warm water after use, dry it, and store it in its pouch near your bed. Sterilize the cup once your fertile window is over.
