Wear it as your regular underwear, every day or during your sports activities. Ideal for prevention or perineal support, it is suitable for postpartum periods, physical exercise sessions, or in cases of perineal weakness.

After each use, rinse the panties in cold water. Then machine wash them at 30°C or by hand, whichever you prefer.
Be careful not to use greasy soap (e.g. Marseille soap) in order to preserve the technical properties of the fabric.
Finally, air dry the panties, avoiding the dryer which could damage them.
