Hot/Cold Breast & Breastfeeding Sore Compress - Jolly Mama

Jolly Mama hot/cold nursing compresses support mothers in their breastfeeding journey by combining effectiveness and comfort.

Cold mode: soothes pain, reduces inflammation and relieves congestion.

Warm mode: promotes milk flow and stimulates lactation for peaceful breastfeeding.

These reusable compresses are made from high-quality materials that are kind to your skin and the environment:

Gel beads (water and glycerin) for optimal diffusion of heat or cold.
Soft, OEKO-TEX® certified velvet cover for pleasant contact with the skin.

Cold mode:

Place the compress in the refrigerator or freezer (without its case) for at least 4 hours.
Then position it on your breast with its soft case.

Hot mode:

Microwave: Heat the compress according to the instructions below:
16 seconds at 700W, 13 seconds at 1000W, or 11 seconds at 1250W.
Check the temperature and add in 5 second intervals if necessary.
Double boiler: Immerse the compress in boiling water off the heat for 1 to 2 minutes.

Place the compress around your nipple or the breast shield of a manual or electric breast pump.

⚠️ Precaution: Do not use the compress for more than 20 minutes per session.
