Place your ice packs in the freezer for several hours so they are very cold when you use them.
Insert it into the provided cotton case. Clip the case around your panties for optimal use.
To maximize benefits, ideally use for 2 to 3 hours during the day or night.
There is no minimum or maximum duration. The product can also be used as a course of treatment or occasionally, depending on your needs.
On contact with the skin of the perineum area, the freshness will diffuse gently for around 1 hour, and will have a direct action on the entire body.
Contraindications:
1. Extreme fatigue or convalescence
The use of perineal cold compresses is not recommended in cases of extreme fatigue, post-operative phase, or severe loss of energy. The cold could accentuate the loss of vitality.
2. Pregnancy – 1st trimester and high-risk cases
As a precautionary measure, applying cold to the perineum is not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy or in cases of high-risk pregnancy (e.g., contractions). Consult your doctor before use.
3. PMA (medically assisted procreation) process
During an assisted reproduction process, hormonal and physiological balance is fragile. The use of cold compresses on the intimate area is not recommended during this period.
4. Specific medical contraindications
Avoid using cold compresses in case of:
