To drive away anxiety, Gapianne recommends 3 products to help you relax:

Equilibre 10% CBD oil is 100% natural, made in France, organic and vegan. The bottle is 30ml and the number of uses varies between 30 to 120 times depending on the number of drops ingested.
Mijane Relaxing herbal tea is 100% natural, made in France, organic and vegan. Recycled and recyclable bag of 31g or about 15 cups.
Nidéco's anti-stress balm is made of 99% ingredients of natural origin, made in France & Belgium, it is vegan. The 15ml tube corresponds to one month of use if you use it daily.

For the Mijane herbal tea: Infuse a teaspoon of infusion for 5 to 10 minutes in simmering water. Add a fatty substance (honey, milk, butter, etc.) for a perfect diffusion of the active ingredients of CBD.
Contraindications: This herbal tea is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, in case of taking blood thinners and hormone-dependent cancer.
It is also contraindicated in cases of epilepsy, edema, and people with gallbladder disorders or hypertension.

For the CBD oil: Start by putting 1/4 of the pipette, or 0.25 mL, under the tongue. Leave the oil 60 seconds below the tongue before swallowing.
You will feel the first benefits 30 minutes after taking it. It is important to know the dosage that is right for you. Test with a small dose and gradually increase the % and intake (up to 3 per day).
Contraindications: These oils are not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women and children.

For the Nideco balm: Apply a small hazelnut on the inside of the wrists, the solar plexus, the temples as soon as the need arises. Massage until penetration. We advise you to combine the application with abdominal breathing exercises to take full advantage of its benefits. To be used as an anti-stress, before going to sleep or when you have a low morale linked to hormonal variations in particular.
Contraindication: it contains essential oils and is therefore not compatible with pregnancy.
