In mainland France, Colissimo orders are delivered in 4 to 5 working days . This may take a little longer during strikes or holiday periods (such as Christmas).

In Europe and abroad, it will depend on the country of destination. We send the parcels in 2 working days but the routing can be between 7 and 10 (and more) working days .

In any case, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and a link that will allow you to see the progress of the delivery live.

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number . Simply click on the link given to follow the progress of your package.

1. If you notice any damage when you open your package, make an inventory of the damaged products and take pictures of them.

To view your orders, register or log in to your customer account. You will find your ordered products there.

Invoices are automatically sent in the order confirmation email under the link " Download your invoice ". This link is located above the customer information.

Once we have received your return package, if the products and boxes have not been opened and we find that everything is good , we will refund your order 😊

You will receive an email confirming your refund . It will be made on the payment method used when paying for the order . The money should appear in your account within 2 business days after the refund has been validated.
