Rooibos is a traditional drink from South Africa with a woody taste. Recognized for its benefits on sleep, this natural antioxidant is also an ideal remedy for stomach and intestinal disorders.

A gentle relaxing blend to take care of yourself naturally. You will fill with 50 g of herbal tea about 25 cups.

Usage tips

Ideal before going to bed, or for a moment of relaxation, boil your water before infusing a teaspoon of your herbal tea for about 10 minutes. For optimal absorption of CBD we recommend adding a spoonful of fat (coconut oil, honey, butter, vegetable milk...). You will feel the first calming effects approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour after taking your herbal tea and the calming and relieving action lasts between 5 and 8 hours.
