Usage tips

For an elixir that reconnects you to your body and your desires, boil your water before infusing a teaspoon of your herbal tea for about 10 minutes. For optimal absorption of CBD we recommend adding a spoonful of fat (coconut oil, honey, butter, vegetable milk...). You will feel the first calming effects approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour after taking your herbal tea and the calming and relieving action lasts between 5 and 8 hours.
