Usage tips

Take 1 capsule daily on an empty stomach, 20 to 30 minutes before breakfast. We recommend that you take these probiotics for each vaginal infection (cystitis, mycosis, discomfort, fragile vaginal flora, etc.) for 2 months then 10 days/month for the following 3 months. There are no contraindications to this probiotic cure, which is even compatible with pregnancy.
