Usage tips

Use preferably in the morning upon waking before eating or drinking to eliminate bacteria accumulated during the night. Hold one end of the tongue scraper between each hand and place the rounded part on the back of your tongue. Scrape your tongue from back to front while exerting light pressure starting in the middle and then on each side between 4 and 10 times.
If you smoke you can do it in the evening.

Care instructions: Rinse with water after use. Rub with salt and white vinegar when the copper's natural oxidation surfaces and if you want to restore its shine.
